C'mon, when does the sniping and back-biting begin? This is still the internet isn't it? I've looked around at a few of the topics... looks like we're off to a good start. Shawn, I've just gone and 1-starred all your books, to make you feel at home. Believe it or not, this forum is a year old. A couple weeks ago, ProBoards had a glitch and deleted all our posts. And they didn't have any backups! Grrrr. So Suzy's been rebuilding it. Lots of extra work for her.

Yeah, I wish we hadn't lost that thread where we figured out the surefire way to write a best seller.

No thanks. We all know where to go for that, now, don't we? Indeed. We have endless choices for that sort of rubbish.

Hi everyone, I'm the new girl, so not sure if I'm in the introductory thread or not but here goes! I live in Snowdonia (North Wales, UK) and use the landscape as a background. I write contemporary fiction with some romantic themes - written a lot of the time from the male POV - mostly for women, but lots of men have enjoyed my shorts too... I'm a big horse, dog, countryside lover so all of that goes into the books; four full length novels and two sets of very tight shorts. I'm very pleased to meet you all. Website: link

Great to have another writer on this side of the pond!

Hi, Jan, and welcome from another UK writer. I'm intrigued by your tight shorts. I used to have a pair like that, once.

Hi Becca, thank you, but no I'm not that clever. I do have ALL the say though! I started out with rather subtle covers, too subtle because they didn't sell the books - so I got together with Jane Dixon Smith and 'branded' them. I think that's the key word... anyway, readers seem to like them and they all kind of hang together pretty well.

Greetings all.
I'm Adam, but most of you know me as David Scroggins. For those who might not know me from other places, I live in Tennessee and write Horror, Fantasy, and weird stories with a psychological twist. I'm a crazy bird person who is owned by two awesome parrots, and that's really about it.
It's good to see some familiar (and not so familiar) faces.

Welcome, Scrogg. I went to high school with a guy named David Scroggins. I think that was his name. We weren't tight. Anyway, I'm assuming that wasn't his pen name.
