I knew someone who kept baby wipes in his car to take care of those on the spot. I'm too chicken, the fine goes from around $60 to over $300 if they bust you doing that. I did look that up once.

Whoa, really? I'd honestly never thought of being caught wiping it off. Not that I've ever wiped it off myself.

Wouldn't they have to write a time on there to be fair? You know, so they could tell when they came back how long it had been since they marked it?

That must be it, because I've seen them in different colors, white, yellow, red. They warn they also have a new "non-visible" technique. Maybe it's a tall tale to keep us scared.

That's where they bring a dog by to pee on your car, then bring another dog by two hours later. Dog #2 sniffs and pees, you get a ticket.
