Anyone who has used Scrivener will know the corkboard feature.
I'm looking for something similar as a free download with editable cards. There are any number of various uses that I could put this to - from plotting or outlining novels to maintaining a publishing schedule, and keeping a note of my goals and a to-do list.
Anyone know of such a thing, please?
** I'm aware that for some purposes I could as easily use a spreadsheet, but I don't get on with the wretched things. I think one must have attacked me in my cradle and I've had a life-long aversion ever since.

I know you are looking for something free, but have you taken a look at Scapple? Scapple works a lot like a virtual cork board or white board. It's produced by the Scrivener folks, Literature and Latte, and it has a free trial. It's cheaper than Scrivener--14.99 USD. I've used it for brainstorming.

Daniel Daniel, you are a star! I already have Scapple and never thought to use it in that way. Head/Desk. Thank you for the suggestion. If I can't find a corkboard, I *could* always use the one in Scriv, though I'm loathe to set up a project just for that reason. Dunno why.

Liquid Story Binder XE 4.93 has a storyboard. :-)
I use Scrivener Storyboard but not the rest of Scrivener. :-)
I also use another really old storyboard software (forgot the name) but have not put it on my latest laptop. :-)
Happy story plotting using Scrapple.
