My probably final natural disaster novel is up and cheap for another 24 hours. A tornado bears down on a small Ohio town. It snaps giant trees in half as if they were toothpicks. It drives house beams through cars at 200 mph.
It kills.
Greg Duncan stands in the path of the twister. As a first responder, his obligation is to serve his community. As a single dad, his heart tells him to protect his little girl.
The tornado is moving fast. He has almost no time to choose. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BUJ69HCHelluva cover by my designer:

I think this is my favorite of your covers! The colour and composition with the tornado there is awesome!

Thanks, and I agree on the cover. Derange Doctor Design. They're still reasonably priced and do great work. And not only do they do great work, in doing PR for themselves, they do PR for you, being active with tweeting covers, submitting them to design competitions, retweeting your tweets. Now that I have them and proofreaders I trust and like, I actually do feel like it's a team working with me. And a darned good one!

I mean how long do they take to do a cover?

Suzy, I'm not sure! I forget what it was for these six...and now, we're doing original art for the next series. But even that, with a third party involved doing actual paintings, and a series logo and banner, they'll have the first for me in 4-5 weeks, which feels fast to me.
I should mention, they don't charge you until the end of the process. They listened to me when I told them to not do X with the volcano, which other cover artists couldn't hear but made me pay for their not listening versions. Really, are the words "no lava" all that difficult to read? For that alone, I love them.

Congratulations! And yes, great cover. Will have to add Deranged Doctor to my list of cover designers.
