I'm usually in my pjs, as I sit down to write about 7.30 am. I have my tea and toast and then I write like mad until eleven or so. I THINK better in my pjs, somehow... How about you?

I'm in my PJs right now but at some point in the day I have to get dressed. If there's school, then by school drop-off time, if I don't have to go anywhere it can be as late as mid-morning (10-ish). Then I wear whatever, usually jeans, t-shirt, sweater. Oh, and I have a bulky white cardigan that I usually wear when I'm at my desk at home, too.

I wear stockings, a basque, and a feather boa. Seriously, it's usually a pair of pull-on trousers, a long-sleeved T-shirt, and a fleece jacket - it's cold at 5 o'clock in the morning. I usually dress properly at about half-nine (ish).

In the winter, I wear fleece pants and a flannel shirt over a t-shirt. In the summer, I wear shorts (as in short pants, not underwear) and a t-shirt. I have mostly worked from home since 1995, and I love it.
I usually get started writing early in the morning too, unless I've allowed myself to get distracted by email and the Pub.

Lynda, half nine? If I was dressed at half nine, my husband would think there was a fire and we'd have to leave the house...

I get too hot if I sleep in pajamas, so if I have to put something on when I get up anyway, it might as well be my day clothes. Besides, my first task in the morning, after starting the coffee of course, is to take the dogs out.

Jammies. Must be comfy to write.

I always do get dressed, but in comfy, jammie-like clothes. I live in an earthquake zone and really don't want my neighbors to see the real me. If it happens at night, well, they'll be pulling my body from the rubble and I'll either be embarrassed, or dead.
My fuzzy slippers are frightful, though.

I'm boring: jeans and a T-shirt, as my desk is beside a radiator and I'm always "hot" anyway, in the temperature sense. My office does have nice views out of my window though, over our garden

Lovely views are a great bonus. I do too. I'm looking at rolling hills and mountains.

Sorry, just can't. There's a student sitting at the desk behind me.

I try to take care of the daily chores first. So, I'm casually but fully dressed. I like writing in the evening and at night. I put on something comfortable like training clothes. I don't train.

I'm boring: jeans and a T-shirt, as my desk is beside a radiator and I'm always "hot" anyway, in the temperature sense. My office does have nice views out of my window though, over our garden I run cold, and one of the great additions to my workspace this year has been a plug-in heater. My fingers get clumsy when they're cold and after a certain point my brain freezes up, too. Can't work well in temperatures below the mid-60s, and even that is a little on the cool side.
