Thanks Suzy, but I'm not as surprised. I was free relatively recently, and maybe they think "he can't ALWAYS be on sale, can he?" Or maybe there are too many people applying. Or maybe they think the book isn't something as obviously interesting as other books up at the same time? We tell ourselves these things
